Product Description:-

The Qua-Tech SUH-150 Spline Hobbing Machine is a robust and productive machine specially developed for manufacturing spline shafts used in V4, V6 and V8 submersible pumps. The machine incorporates a 200 mm through chuck and 72 mm through main spindle, making it suitable for shaft-type components. A 50 mm hob diameter capacity with hob shifting facility provides flexibility and efficient cutter utilization. The one-time setting automatic cycle system enables consistent and productive machining with reduced operator intervention. The machine features automatic lubrication, variable hob RPM through V-belt and pulley arrangement, variable slide feed through change gears and variable tooth cutting through index change gears. With 100 mm main slide travel, the SUH-150 provides a practical and economical solution for high-quality spline machining of submersible pump shafts.
